Sounds like News International lawyer-speak to me, however, here goes:

Quote:

16.45 More from Shaun Hall, the brother of Mark Duggan, whose death on Thursday sparked the initial peaceful protest that descended into last night's riot. He spoke to Sky News:

I know people are frustrated, they're angry out there at the moment, but I would say please try and hold it down. Please don't make this about my brother's life, he was a good man.

We're all devastated about the mishap, we don't actually know what has actually happened. I suppose that is what is the most grilling thing for us at the moment.

Nobody has actually come forward and told us 'this is what has taken place'. Whether we believe what they're saying or whether we don't, there should be somebody here putting my parents' minds at rest about whatever's going on.

The whole family's devastated.

Weeting? Did I hear Weeting?

Those are not Shaun Hall's words, mark my words.

Just for the record, these are Shaun's words, I saw him interviewed live on Sky and that is exactly what he said.

My hometown is ablaze.

I'm angry.

So are my mates.

You kill my cousin, I'll kill you. That's north London. Take it or leave it.

This ain't over; contagion. We are super pissed.

The Premier League starts this Saturday. God help us.

Shaping up for a third night of rioting in London.

And it's spreading.

Quote:
18.33 The violence is now spreading into Peckham High Street, the BBC is
reporting. Transport for London is having to act fast to react to the growing
chaos.

Tube station announcement. Buses not going to Peckham or Lewisham
due to 'civil unrest' #londonriots

18.30 We're hearing reports from Lewisham of really serious disorder.

Apparently an electrical goods shop has been looted and a jewellers
attacked. Youths are apparently now constructing barricades outside the
main fire station in Lewisham.

18.24 Reports of police massing in New Cross, in south east London.

Latest in Hackney is police are struggling to regain control of a Texaco
station that's been hit by rioters.

17.53 We're now hearing reports of violence in Clapham Junction.
The disorder has begun much earlier today than either Saturday or Sunday.
