.

Now that's what I'm talking about!

When looking for gut-rebuilding power, go to your local Polish shop and
ask for Kapusta Kiszona: Old Polish Sauerkraut(fermented cabbage mix).

70% Sauerkraut, 20% Carrot, 10% Onion, 3% Oil, Pepper & Spices.

It's what your gut bacteria would eat ravenously - if they could get it.
For them, this is the equivalent of dinner out at the Ritz Carlton.

It's a super health booster - whether you have had the flu or not. Wink

Scissors it up with Whole Broccoli and Asparagus Spears and devour.

It's actually worth getting ill to have this meal. Laughing

My entire gut stabilized within hours of eating this.

On the left is Sparkling Carbonated Spring Water with added drops of
NaturesPlus Concentrate Supernutrient Liquid and Glucose Powder.

The glucose powder saves your recovering small intestine the burden
of digesting carbs - which it would only turn into glucose anyway.

They mix to make an energy drink with every nutrient you need.

Here's the amended suggested
eating plan for rebuilding your
gut function after influenza.

POST-FLU GUT RECOVERY DIET

DAY 1 and DAY 2

Drink sparkling Carbonated Spring Water with added drops of
NaturesPlus Concentrated Supernutrient Liquid and Glucose Powder.

Eat Kapusta Kizona Staropolska: Old Polish Sauerkraut(fermented cabbage mix).

70% Sauerkraut, 20% Carrot, 10% Onion, 3% Oil, Pepper & Spices.

Scissors it up with raw Broccoli and raw Kale

This provides clean protein, and soluble fibre for your starving
good buddies: the highly beneficial colon bacteria down below.

DAY 3

Sauerkraut/Broccoli and Kale again Plus:

Uncooked Sardines in brine or tomato - for protein and omegas
and all that good stuff. Don't go for sardines in oil - as the oils might
well be GMO origin or poorly processed.

DAY 4 onwards

The above foods again Plus:

Centerloin organic grass-fed Lamb chops incl. all the fat,
for protein - for vital fats and for being such a healthy meat.

Well that sequence of foods above really did the trick.

Gut function is sufficient to support significantly increased
protein and meats/fish intake to rebuild lost body mass.

It will take another two weeks to get there,
but now well on the road to recovery.

I will write up a professional article so the members and
others can refer to it in the fall season when this Swine Flu
will certainly make itself felt again.

That said, it's still packing ER clinics in Western Europe
as I write - at a time when its poor cousin, seasonal flu
had usually faded with the increasing spring sunlight!!

Thanks to all who offered good wished to Kathy and I.

And I'd also like to publicly do what I have already
done privately: that is to thank the members who
responded to our funding appeal
. There have been
times when we have almost gone under in our battle
to keep this light of truth shining. Thanks folks. Then
and now, it's because of you that we are still here.

Wink
