Randall lays out the basics for the fractal proportioning system known as Dynamic Symmetry, he also shows multiple examples of its utilization in sacred structures throughout the world such as Stonehenge, the Parthenon, the Great Pyramid etc.

Later in the presentation Randall shows examples of the universal measurement system that was employed in ancient civilizations supporting the theory that previous advanced civilizations existed and managed to propagate this knowledge to the post deluvian world to come.
